
From 2009-2019, she taught yoga and meditation at various studios and resorts including Sacred Rivers Yoga, Mighty Yoga, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, Twin Farms, Groups & Upper Valley Turning Point.
Over time, her own practice has evolved into something more fluid and forgiving—a tool for self-compassion that eventually became a cornerstone of her seven-plus years of sobriety.
