Current Class Offerings
Meditation requires 3 simple steps:
- Take your seat.
- Focus on the breath.
- Notice when you’re distracted by a thought and return to the breath.
Remember: distractions are part of the process. If you’re not thinking, you’re not human. The point of meditation is not to “quiet the mind” completely, it’s to observe your thoughts without judgment or bias. By practicing being with your thoughts, you can be with whatever arises in your daily life with a sense of peace and equanimity.
