As I was driving along the highway today on this Christmas Eve, I was suddenly struck with the feeling that I was brimming with love. The feeling was so powerful, it brought tears to my eyes. A wave of pure, raw emotion welled up inside me upon the discovery that I suddenly understood the purpose of it all:
Give love. Get love. Appreciate love.
If you do these 3 things, you will always be calm in your heart.
