May I Feel Balanced and Calm
It’s been almost two years since I’ve taught a yoga class (which feels so strange after teaching for more than 10 years). What I’ve realized is that taking a break from teaching yoga is also part of the yoga journey. Letting go – and observing what happens to the mind, body & spirit when we do – is crucial to our growth as yogis and human beings. We learn to rely on the foundation that we have built through the practice of yoga and meditation to keep us steady, balanced, and calm until we decide on the next move towards our expansion.
