I Am Grounded and Secure
I recently taught my first meditation class in over two years. Since the fall season historically brings up a lot of anxiety for me, I decided to focus on the Root Chakra (Muladhara). Fall is a time when we all need to rest, go inward, and re-assess the boundaries in our lives. To strengthen your foundation during this changing season, drink warm tea and sleep longer than usual, guilt-free. From this place, you will be able to meditate with more clarity and open yourself up to receiving the messages meant for you.
